Import the file into Polar Flow Favorites, then sync the route to your watch with Polar Flow.

Export from Trasely

Choose GPX. If you use Trasely PRO and your Polar workflow prefers it, TCX is also supported by Polar Flow.

Import to Polar Flow

Open Polar Flow on the web, go to Favorites, choose Import route, and upload the GPX or TCX file.

Sync to your watch

Save the route as a favorite, then sync with the Polar Flow mobile app or FlowSync on desktop.

Start route guidance

Start the activity on your watch and choose the saved route from route guidance or favorites. Some watches can guide you to the start, end, or nearest point on the route.
